Bermuda-headquartered investment manager investing in high quality growth
companies in the United States and Europe, owns a significant minority
shareholding in Bowen Asia. The two companies share a common investment
methodology. We cooperate on research coverage of international companies and in
offering our clients global portfolios of quality growth companies. Bowen
also represents W.P. Stewart's investment management services to Asian clients. In 2001, Bowen launched The Arrow Fund, a global equity fund which selects
the best companies from W.P. Stewart's US and European portfolios and from
Bowen's Asian portfolios. Bowen operates independently of W.P. Stewart and is controlled by its
