Charles Target
Mr. Target is a founding partner and director of Bowen.

Before co-founding Bowen, Mr. Target was a General Partner at Apax Ventures in London, responsible for private equity and venture capital investments in the media sector. He joined Apax from The Economist Group, where he was Deputy Managing Director of The Economist Publications Limited.

Mr. Target has a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
